Becoming a mother is a great milestone for every woman. In fact, most people won't consider you a woman if you don’t get pregnant. When you are pregnant, it is a time when you start to look for answers and you feel that your life would never be the same again. Quite true since most women who entered parenthood says that being a parent is a choice that would change your whole life. However, before you become a parent, you need to get pregnant and conceive a baby. Before anything else, you need to have sufficient info on pregnancy. You have to remember that when you want to enter new phase of your life, it is better if you ready and armed with the right info.
First thing first, when you want to get pregnant, make sure that you are. How are you going to do that? Make sure that you are experiencing the common signs and symptoms of women who are pregnant. However, do not be confused with all of these. It is hard to become a mother but it is quite harder to act as if you're pregnant when in fact, you are not.

You didn’t have your regular menstruation.
This is very common and obvious. When you don’t have your menstruation for that month and you know that you always have, then you know there is something wrong. But do not base your judgment on this alone. Some women are just stressed out that they don’t get "visitor" at some time. Aside from stress, there are a lot of factors that can be considered. So, when you don't get your menstruation, it doesn’t mean that you are already pregnant. It might be possible but not 100 percent sure.
Your breast becomes tender.
Some might associate this with PMS but raging hormones also cause this when you are pregnant. Your body will prepare itself for the baby thus making your breast full and tender.
You may notice that you always seem to lack energy.
Most pregnant women tend to oversleep. They want to sleep all day long and they seem to get tired all the time. So when you feel that you are quite a "sleeper" for a few days and feel like you are always tired when you are not out in the field, then you might want to consider seeing your doctor.
There are also some women that experience hunger all the time and some also say that they are extremely thirsty all the time. All of this signs are quite true and applicable to women getting pregnant thus you have to take note on some of this info on pregnancy. You might never know, you are already pregnant without your knowledge.
