Do not replace water with juice. Most wellness experts say little ones probably should not even be drinking juice at all, though eight to 12 oz per day is okay so long as it's natural juice. Whole milk and water are still the ideal drinks you could provide your toddlers. If they are not aware of how to use cups yet, make sure you help them learn how to use sippy cups instead of baby bottles.
Planning healthy and balanced meals for toddlers isn't the only way to enhance your little ones' eating habits.
