Most women love to wear high heels because it can make them taller and it catches attention while ramping them on the streets. Just like creating college essays, the first thing that comes in mind is to get to the issues. They are chic and cool and can make any outfit look marvelous - whether you're wearing blue jeans or leather suits. The catch is that at the end of the day, you feel heel pain.

Does the bottom of your foot hurt a lot when you get out of bed in the morning? You could have plantar fasciitis, an inflammation of the tight band of connective tissue in the arch of the foot. Many sufferers also have heel spurs. Treat your foot by reducing the inflammation. Get relief by the following recommendations.

Stretch it - before taking your first step in the morning before you ramp in the university, lie in bed with your legs straight while reviewing your essay paper,  then flex your feet so that your toes point up. Hold for a few seconds and repeat several times before getting up.

Soothe it -  after walking or being on your feet all day long, ice your heels for 20 minutes (protect with skin with a towel) or roll feet over a frozen juice can or water bottle. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory pain relievers, such as ibuprofen and naproxen, can help too.

Support it - avoid going barefoot and don't wear flip-flops or other flat shoes, flimsy footwear may be what caused the problem in the first place.

Splint it - according to a research night splints keep your foot in a flexed position, so your calf and the plantar fascia get stretched during sleep.

Stroke it -  treat your feet as a baby soak them with warm water and give your entire leg a good massage.

Eliminate wearing high heels if not necessary. If you can go to work without wearing them make sure to take a pair of slippers or flat shoes with you. Or even on ordinary date with your friends take time to slip off your heels once in awhile. Ultimately, try to lessen your time wearing heels,  they really do make your feet look gorgeous but will have negative health effects in the long run.
